Your digital files are the starting point for something creative. Follow these steps to find your download links, save your purchase and get your files ready to use.
1. Find your download email
Once your payment has been confirmed and your downloads are available, check the email address you entered at checkout for your order email and download links.
If you cannot find the email, check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
2. Check your account
If your purchase is linked to a PixelMarty account, sign in and open My Account → Downloads to check for available files.
Use the account associated with your purchase. If you checked out as a guest, start with the download links in your order email.
3. Save your files
Open the download link and save the files to your device. Check your browser’s Downloads folder if you are unsure where they went.
Keep a backup copy somewhere you can find it later.
4. Open ZIP folders
Some products may contain a ZIP folder holding several files. Extract or unzip the folder before opening the files inside.
On a phone or tablet, your device’s Files app may offer an extract or uncompress option.
5. Check the included formats
File formats and sizes vary by product. Refer to the product listing and any included instructions to choose the appropriate file and compatible software.
For printable products, check the recommended print size before printing.
